As an HR Co-Op Student, you will have the opportunity to support up to 2 HR departments as you rotate throughout the term of your co-op. You will support several HR initiatives and be responsible for providing administrative support. This role provides first level support to HR Business Partners for their inquiries and services. In addition, this role will support various Loblaw Corporate client groups by coordinating and following through on various Human Resources activities and projects including Company-wide Human Resources programs/initiatives.

This role provides an opportunity to work on some of Canada’s top brands including President’s Choice and No Name and retail brands Loblaws, Zehrs, Real Canadian Superstore and No Frills. You’ll assist with developing and executing in-store programs small to large in scale and complexity to support these teams. You will be working with various stakeholders, both internal and external including vendors, Loblaw Brands, Divisional Teams, and Loblaw Agency. You will have an opportunity to develop your In-Store Marketing management skills in building and executing signage plans that support marketing programs’ objectives and strategies.

This position is a 4-month term opportunity with Loblaw Agency, the in-house creative agency within the Marketing team. As a member of the Agency Operations team, you will have the chance to support and learn from experienced professionals while assisting with administrative tasks, project management, and process optimizations.
