The Specialist will be responsible for identifying root causes, solving user issues, and conducting various operational tasks in support of merchandising and digital teams. They will work to understand merchandising/assortment requirements, conduct data analysis, and provide inferences to facilitate decision making. The successful candidate will have experience in the retail industry, strong analytical skills, and the ability to adapt to change. This is a full-time position with competitive salaries and benefits.

We are currently seeking Store Team Members to join our team at Real Canadian Superstore. As a Store Team Member, you will provide great customer service, maintain product displays, assist with inventory management, and help with promotions and programs.
