Job Description:
We are looking for a collaborative and technical hands-on support Senior Specialist with strong Application support experience, to work in an Agile team environment and be tasked with supporting solutions for next-generation modern apps primarily interacting with Store applications and connected ecosystems.Job Responsibility:
- Immersing yourself in the latest initiatives and collaborating with the business on product forecasting and in-store signage design
- Collaborating with vendors and leading the application team for AccessVia (Lexmark)
- Supporting applications and solving infrastructure issues for store colleagues and customers
- Designing price label templates and building logic to support multiple price methods
- Performing ad-hoc queries, data gathering, and analysis
- Partnering with cross-functional teams and serving as a point of escalation
- Providing major incident support and ticket analysis
Experience Requirements:
You have strong application support experience. Understanding or experience working in a diverse agile team using Agile principles. Demonstrated sense of accountability and capability to drive issues to closure. Advanced problem-solving techniques. PowerShell and SQL query experience is a nice to have.
