Save-On-Foods is looking for an Operations Manager to join our team in Duncan, BC. This is a full-time position with a focus on leading a team, supporting store operations, and driving business growth. The Loyalty Portfolio Management group is responsible for developing and operating the loyalty program experience for the millions of Loblaws/Shoppers customers that use our products on a daily basis. As part of the team, you’ll be instrumental in defining, implementing, and operating our program(s) and to deliver on the vision to make the everyday simpler and better for our users. We’re an agile team of doers with a bias for design thinking principles, speed over perfection and data driven decision making.

We are currently looking for a results-driven, customer-centric leader who can champion the development of the Product Engineering Delivery group. As a strong leader, you will be responsible for managing and growing our team to achieve our organizational goals.

This position is a 4-month term opportunity with Loblaw Agency, the in-house creative agency within the Marketing team. As a member of the Agency Operations team, you will have the chance to support and learn from experienced professionals while assisting with administrative tasks, project management, and process optimizations. This is an ideal role for someone with a passion for the business side of account or project management in the marketing and advertising industry. Strong organizational skills and proficiency with common office software are essential.
