Oversee the day-to-day operations of a specific department within a store and ensure the department meets or exceeds sales and profitability goals.

The Sr. HR Coordinator will provide support to two Sr. Directors and HR Business Partners by coordinating and implementing various Human Resources activities and projects. This includes supporting the research, analysis, and implementation of HR programs, facilitating the grievance process, generating reports, participating in focus groups, providing process improvements, and managing various administrative tasks related to HR processes and procedures.

Train and develop department associates, monitor inventory levels, and maintain a clean and safe department. Communicate with store management to ensure store-wide goals are being met.
