Store Team Members at Atlantic Superstore are responsible for ensuring a positive in-store shopping experience for customers. They stock shelves, provide customer service, maintain displays, and follow health and safety standards.

Oversee day-to-day operations of a specific department within a store and ensure sales and profitability goals are met. Train and develop department associates, monitor inventory levels, and maintain a clean and safe department. Communicate with store management to ensure store-wide goals are being met.
