As a land titles analyst, your main responsibility is to examine land-related documents that are submitted for registration at the land titles office. Your duties include determining the eligibility of these documents for registration under the Land Titles Act and other relevant legislation. You'll also ensure that transfers, mortgages, caveats, liens, transmissions, leases, writs, easements, and other documents adhere to the appropriate legal requirements. In addition, you'll be responsible for accepting the documents for registration, assessing fees, and creating or updating title records.
