Assistant Department Managers at Atlantic Superstore are dedicated people leaders who navigate towards providing the best in-store experience for shoppers. The role involves leading, mentoring, and empowering team members, maintaining merchandising and operational standards, being accountable for financial objectives, and building and leading diverse teams. The ideal candidate is resourceful and courteous when resolving inquiries, motivated to learn new things and deliver positive customer service, flexible with working hours, physically capable of lifting up to 50lbs and constant mobility, and has a consistent record of delighting customers.
