We are seeking a detail-oriented Pharmacy Assistant to join our team. As a Pharmacy Assistant, you will be responsible for generating automation reports, packaging medications, performing machine maintenance, managing inventory, preparing shipments, filling prescriptions, and promoting a workplace of inclusiveness and belonging. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, strong work ethic, excellent communication and teamwork skills, attention to detail, and the ability to problem solve and make decisions. Experience with Kroll software and pharmacy experience with Long Term Care is preferred. Post-secondary education is also preferred.

Shoppers Drug Mart is looking to hire a 8-month Co-op within our Pharmaceutical Partnerships department. Reporting directly to the Senior Manager, Strategic Pharmaceutical Partnerships, you will assist with the creation and execution of strategic healthcare partnerships between Loblaw and external partners. This position reports to the Pharmacy Manager and is responsible for receiving, preparing and delivery of Rx accurately and timely. Ensuring adequate inventory levels to meet patient’s needs, and counsel with appropriate documentation to all patients. Provide friendly, positive and pro-active interaction with all internal and external customers as well create awareness and educate customers through public relations.
