Real Canadian Superstore is seeking Store Team Members who are responsible for stocking shelves, assisting customers, and maintaining product displays. The ideal candidate is a team player with attention to detail, able to work independently in a fast-paced environment, and motivated to learn new things. No previous experience is required as training is provided. The position may require flexibility in working hours, including days, evenings, and weekends. Physical requirements include being able to lift up to 50lbs and constant mobility throughout the shift.

Our Store Team Members at Real Canadian Superstore ensure the store shelves are stocked and respond to customer needs, providing a positive in-store shopping experience. They maintain and stock product displays and shelves, ensure accurate product scanning, and assist with inventory needs and ordering. Team Members also help setup promotions and programs and maintain department areas according to health and safety standards.
