Job Description:

Join our recently formed enterprise Social Media Centre of Excellence (Social COE) as a Senior Manager and drive the social media success of our retail and brand channels.

Job Responsibility:

Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance engagement and growth across platforms
Oversee social calendars and publishing schedules
Optimize and maintain company pages across all social media platforms
Analyze performance using analytics tools
Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Curate user-generated content in line with brand guidelines

Experience Requirements:

7+ years in social media strategy and performance analysis
Experience managing teams and campaigns
Experience with paid social media campaigns
Strong analytical abilities
Excellent communication and copywriting skills
