The Specialist will be responsible for identifying root causes, solving user issues, and conducting various operational tasks in support of merchandising and digital teams. They will work to understand merchandising/assortment requirements, conduct data analysis, and provide inferences to facilitate decision making. The successful candidate will have experience in the retail industry, strong analytical skills, and the ability to adapt to change. Job Responsibility:
Identify root causes and proactively look for improvements to eliminate or reduce possible issues
Ensure proper support procedures, documentation, and tools are in place to support the various projects and internal users
Build and sustain EUCs, data uploads, conduct UAT and manage group mailbox
Conduct basic data-pull from source and provide inferences to facilitate decision making
Experience Requirements:
1-3 years of experience, preferably in retail industry
Exposure to PowerApps, Python, Microsoft Excel (vba) and Microsoft Access will be considered an asset
Exposure to retail merchandising concepts and data-analysis
Demonstrated problem solving experience and strong analytical skills
Flexible, with ability to adapt to change and ambiguity
