Job Description:
Store Team Members at Real Canadian Superstore are responsible for providing great customer service, maintaining product displays, and ensuring health and safety standards. No previous experience is required as training will be provided. The role requires flexibility in working hours, including days, evenings, and weekends. Candidates should be able to lift up to 50lbs and be in constant mobility for an entire shift.Job Responsibility:
- Provide great customer service by ensuring the store shelves are stocked and by responding to customer needs
- Maintain and stock product displays and shelves that meet company standards
- Ensure accurate product scanning and identify inventory needs and assist with ordering
- Setup company-directed promotions and programs
- Keep department areas neat and ensure health and safety standards
