Job Description:
Save-On-Foods is hiring for a Deli Clerk position at the Namao location in Edmonton, AB. The Deli Clerk will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service, sharing product knowledge, stocking and presenting the department, ensuring only the freshest products are displayed, handling customer inquiries, and maintaining a safe work environment. Strong work ethics and a passion for great food and customer service are essential for this role. Retail customer service experience is considered an asset.Job Responsibility:
- Going the Extra Mile for our customers and fellow team members
- Sharing product knowledge with customers
- Ensuring the department is well stocked and presented
- Ensuring only the freshest products are displayed
- Handling customer service inquiries and providing a positive customer experience
- Cleaning equipment and work area to ensure a safe and sanitary work environment
- Using a variety of equipment, including knives
Experience Requirements:
Retail customer service experience (considered an asset)
