Job Description:
This position reports to the Pharmacy Manager and is responsible for receiving, preparing and delivering Rx accurately and timely. Ensuring adequate inventory levels to meet patient’s needs, and counseling with appropriate documentation to all patients. Provide friendly, positive and proactive interaction with all internal and external customers as well create awareness and educate customers through public relations.Job Responsibility:
- Receiving, preparing and delivering Rx accurately and timely
- Ensuring adequate inventory levels to meet patient’s needs
- Counseling patients on new and additional medications
- Creating awareness and educating customers through public relations
- Providing timely and positive resolution to patient’s needs and doctor's requests/issues
- Reviewing and controlling costs within the pharmacy dispensary
- Providing on-going training for new and existing pharmacy colleagues
