Job Description:
Loblaw Companies Limited is seeking a Quality Assurance Intern responsible for supporting the implementation and maintenance of the Quality System in compliance with Health Canada requirements. This includes reviewing documents, handling change control, managing supplier quality, and assisting with validation activities.Job Responsibility:
- Support the implementation and maintenance of the Quality System in compliance with Health Canada requirements
- Review documents and provide support in supplier quality management, change control, non-conformances, CAPAs, validation, etc.
Experience Requirements:
- In-process University degree in Bachelor of Science
- Desire to learn and apply Health Canada regulations and guidance documents
Main Duties:
- Work closely with Operations, Pharmacy Procurement, Category, and external suppliers to maintain quality systems and standards
- Perform tasks related to change control, article listing/delisting, drug schedules, document/record management, and supplier quality
- Assist in temperature data collection and execution of transport lane mapping and cold chain studies
