Job Description:
Save-On-Foods is hiring for a Supervisor position in Revelstoke, BC. This is a full-time position with open availability. The Supervisor will be responsible for leading a team, ensuring operational standards are met, and supporting the store's management team with team member relations. The successful applicant will have 2-3 years of leadership experience in a customer service environment, hold a Food Safe Certification, and have a passion for great food and providing outstanding customer service.Job Responsibility:
- Leading a team, acting as a coach, mentor, and resource to team members.
- Fostering a positive environment that is focused on Always Customer First service.
- Holding departments accountable for operational standards.
- Supporting the store’s management team with team member relations.
- Communicating key messages to the store’s management team and team members.
- Using knowledge of the community, competitive environment, and industry to develop entrepreneurial strategies to grow the business.
- Ensuring accurate stocktaking in the department(s).
Experience Requirements:
- 2-3 years of leadership experience in a customer service environment.
- Food Safe Certification.
