Support the development and execution of change management strategies and initiatives for organizational transformation. Lead the implementation of agile practices, coach teams and leaders on agile principles, and facilitate the adoption of new processes and practices. Help build a culture of agility and drive continuous improvement within the organization.
Job Responsibility:
Supports the development of change management strategies and strategic priorities
Lead aspects of planning, delivery, development, and execution of change for organizational transformation programs, projects, and initiatives
Lead and participate in workshops to clarify guiding principles, organizational vision, business transformation, and change management initiatives
Lead the propagation and implementation of agile practices throughout the organization
Champion and communicate the value of an Agile transformation
Build a leadership and accountability mindset at all levels
Earn trust as an advisor to assigned business group and operate at a group/enterprise-wide level
Proactively identify opportunities and deliver coaching and mentoring of Agile/SAFe®
Engage teams in a design process of their operating model
Support leaders in the planning and implementation of new processes and practices
Ensure the removal of obstacles at the organizational level
Facilitate capability assessments within teams
Design and deliver meaningful training to educate teams and leadership on the agile mindset
Assist internal clients to recruit, onboard and deploy agile roles
Assist with launching and coaching pods and squads
Define and measure agile maturity to support continuous improvement
Assist in the development of strategic plans for enterprise agility programs
Experience Requirements:
5+ years coaching at the Organizational/Enterprise level
5+ years coaching at the Team level
Extensive experience leading large-scale transformations
Expertise with operating model design, organizational change management, and culture change
Knowledge in organizational design, business agility, and agile leadership
Demonstrated ability to promote the agile mindset
