Job Description:
The Maxi Pointe-Claire store in Quebec is looking for an Asset Protection Representative to join their team. This is a stimulating career opportunity in one of Canada's largest asset protection teams, where you can contribute to making our stores ideal places for customers to shop.Job Responsibility:
- Dissuade, detect, and apprehend thieves and fraudsters in retail locations
- Investigate theft networks at a provincial or national level, if required
- Regularly collaborate with local police department
- Detect and conduct internal investigations, compile and present evidence in court or arbitration
- Detect and determine potential opportunities for improving loss management within our core operational compliance
- Build and maintain store partnerships through daily meetings and encounters; train and support colleagues on asset protection policies and procedures
- Participate in store level audits
- Participate in community events
- Availability to work various shifts during the day, evening, night, and weekends (40-hour work week)
